A Serene Workout? Maybe worth a try…

I was dropping Entrecards when I came across this on Juliana’s Lair, and thought it would be fun to try. You see, normally I am quite disciplined and able to stick to my fitness routine, but during the last few months I have really slipped. This is mostly due to the heat and just not feeling motivated, or at least those are the excuses I come up with. The key to getting myself back into the swing of things might be to try something different, as I have been treadmilling for years now and am feeling quite bored with it. So a “serene” workout, if there really is such a thing, just might be what the doctor ordered.
