Noticing changes in my body (gasp)
Welcome back!

It’s only been a week since I renewed my commitment to fitness, and I can already notice the changes. I haven’t “weighed-in” so to speak, but my sides are firmer, and surely the rest is soon to follow. Also, I am surprisingly less hungry, and generally thinking about food less often.
I’m lucky enough not to need to splurge on an expensive gym membership, as I live in a condo with a private gym, and now that I am home all day, I get to use it in the afternoon while everyone else is at work. Usually it’s just me and maybe one or two other people in there, which is nice because I don’t have to wait in line for any of the machines.
If you don’t have access to a gym, I recommend at least going out and walking for twenty minutes everyday - it really is the best, and most frugal exercise.
