Some Money-saving Tips On The Grocery Front
Welcome back!

When it comes to grocery shopping, it’s safe to say we would all like to cut costs. Here’s a few tips that I find can aid in the goal, and keep the budget looking healthy.
- Cooking from scratch has many benefits. The food is healthier, you know what goes into it, and also it’s less expensive than ready-made convenience foods.
- Plan a weekly menu. This will help keep you focused and prevent last minute trips to a fast food restaurant.
- Plant a garden and grow your own food. If you have the space, this can really help with the rising price of produce. Plus you get to enjoy sunshine and the smell of fresh earth.
- Leave the kids at home. If possible, shop without the kids in tow so you won’t be tempted to stray from the list to appease them.
I hope you’ll all try these out and experience the extra weight in your wallet that being a frugal shopper can bring.
