We all enjoy food, but not all of us like to cook. I would say this is so because of the time requirements for getting all the ingredients and cooking accessories together and the constant reliance on the recipe book to get it just right. Do note, though, that there is a faster method for cutting back on your cooking time and effort with the products by Dr. Oetker.

Dr. Oetker food products include baking powder, cake mixes, yogurts, frozen pizza and pudding. You will see these products nicely pictured and described on the company website oetker.ca. The website also offers recipes that include the company’s products. The recipes are for making such delights as cookies, desserts, organic items and more. On the site, you can also find out about the rich history of the company, dating back to 1891.

Currently there is a fabulous Dr. Oetker Kitchen Makeover Contest taking place, where you just need to enter a PIN, found on specially marked packages of Casa di Mama Pizza. The grand prize is a $20,000 kitchen makeover. Secondary winners will win individual kitchen appliances and 2000 others will win Casa di Mama Pizza or a pizza cutter. You can enter as many times as you wish, until the deadline on January 4, 2010. Please note the contest is only open to Canadians!
