Buying In Bulk!
Welcome back!
For the first time in my life I went out and got a card to our local wholesaler so that I could start to save money buy purchasing items in bulk. I mean, we are going to need all of these groceries sooner or later, so why not stockpile them now to save money in the long run? The real trick is to ensure that the goods I am buying are ones we will use up before they expire, but other than that is really is quite easy (and fun) to buy in bulk. My husband really enjoys it as he gets to run the numbers and determine just how much we are saving (he has a mathematical mind, so he loves this).
Personally, I wish we had started doing this years ago. The only downfall: carrying all of those big, bulk items from the car to the pantry!
Do any of you save by purchasing goods in bulk? Got any tips for me?

Yes! I definitely save by buying in bulk, but as you mentioned, it is important to pay attention to expiration dates, and also continue adding the savings up to be sure you’re still getting the best deal. Overall, buying in bulk works for us, but then I have five kids LOL
